Glory Sanctuary Dome with a capacity of 100, 000 is the second biggest church in Nigeria. The magnificent structure is owned by Dunamis International Gospel Centre which has Dr Paul Enenche as its senior pastor.
The Dome is located in the city of Abuja.
3. Faith Tabernacle
Faith Tabernacle of the Living Faith Church popularly referred to as Winners Chapel comes in third. It was recognised on January 24, 2008 by the Guinness Book of Records as the largest church auditorium in the world.
The church which is located in Ota, Ogun state is headed by Bishop David O. Oyedepo.
4. International Gospel Center
International Gospel Centre located in Warri, Delta state has a capacity of 35,000. The structure is owned by the World Of Life Bible Church which is led by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor. It sure comes in fourth place on the list.
5. Deeper Life Bible Church Auditorium
Located at Ipaja-Ayobo area of Lagos State, the Deeper Life Bible church auditorium with a capacity of 30,000 comes last on this list.
The auditorium is home to Deeper Life Bible church which is headed by Pastor W.F Kumuyi.

To the right of the altar, there is a huge organ and a place for the choir. Magnificent stained-glass windows, made in a combination of yellow, green and red, adorn lancet windows.
